Abstract

The requirement of skilled workers is apparently rising as China is becoming an
innovative country and the gap between the social development and human resource
could be filled by investing in technical and vocational education.This research will
contribute to the implementation of innovative teaching management in vocational
education. In addition, the study provides references for policy makers, university
stakeholders, educational or organizational administrators, educators, career teachers,
and career students in China.
