Abstract

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous changes in the
environment of vocational education, new requirements have been put forward for
teacher competence in vocational colleges. Teacher competence research requires the
cross-fertilization of several disciplines such as education, psychology, sociology, and
management, but there is relatively little interdisciplinary cooperation in scholarly
research at present, which leads to a lack of comprehensiveness, systematicity and
operability in competence research. This study focuses on the influencing factors such
as the double-qualified teacher training model, innovative thinking and perseverance in
vocational colleges, through combing the literature, establishing structural equation
modelling(SEM), and carrying out a questionnaire survey for teachers of vocational
colleges with strong influence in Guangxi, to find out the external and internal
influencing factors that affect and constrain the enhancement of competence, so as to
provide reference for the comprehensive enhancement of the competence of teachers in
vocational colleges.
