This research article examines the effects of Joule heating on unsteady natural convection in stratified fluid layers within porous media using the Darcy–Brinkman model. The investigation utilizes numerical simulations to analyze temperature distributions, velocity fields, and heat transfer rates, providing insights into the combined influence of Joule heating and natural convection in porous environments.
