Abstract

Supply chain and transportation management have become increasingly complex due to the growing number of countries with which companies trade, more intense competition, and an increase in regulatory and customer requirements. Blockchain and deep learning are two of the most promising tools for managing these complexities. Blockchain technology ties together a digitized record of transactional data from the entire supply chain. Deep learning methods can intelligently analyze much of this information to uncover new patterns, and insights, and recommend more effective ways of running operations. The method offered is increasingly necessary as e-commerce becomes established and goods are delivered to locations where it is often difficult. The AI method recommended was chosen after a review of various case studies.
