Due to the issues facing the world, distribution planning and production scheduling must be integrated for an industrial firm in order to be more productive and to get more financial benefits. In this article, a seafood manufacturing firm from Aceh Province, Indonesia, that concurrently manufactures a variety of seafood items, discusses its planning and scheduling for the production of seafood. Fish can only be stored and delivered under extremely specific circumstances due to its perishability. When determining if a product's quality is satisfactory, traceability is a tracking requirement. According to the traceability of the seafood product and other limitations, this challenging production and distribution planning challenge attempts to satisfy client demand. An integer mixed linear program is used to simulate the issue. We propose an improved neighborhood search approach, in which the non basic variables are forced to move from their bounds in such a way the corresponding basic non-integer variables point will be moved to their integer neighborhood point. Ultimately we will have a sub-optimal integer feasible solution for the model.
