Copyright Policy – Utilitas Mathematica Journal

At Utilitas Mathematica Journal, we believe that scholarly knowledge belongs to the world—and that authors should remain at the center of their intellectual contributions.

Author-Centric Ownership

Authors retain full copyright of their work upon publication. We do not require copyright transfer. Instead, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and disseminate the work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This ensures that:

  • Authors maintain control over their work

  • Their research remains open, citable, and legally shareable

  • Work can be reused by others—with proper attribution—to inspire new mathematical developments

What Authors Grant Us

What Readers and Reusers Can Do

Under CC BY 4.0, readers may:

  • Share the article in any medium

  • Translate, adapt, or build upon the work—even for commercial use
