Existence of Z-cyclic DTWh(p) and Z-cyclic OTWh(p), for primes p≡ 17 (mod 32)

Abstract

With the exception of the impossible case p = 17, it is shown that Z-cyclic directed triplewhist designs and Z-cyclic ordered whist designs exist for all primes p of the form 16t + 1, t odd.
